We’ve been working diligently on the Torii app to add new features for our home buyers, and we’re so excited to share some of them with you today! These updates will make Torii the only real estate app you need (or want!) to use.
What’s new:
- Search! View by map, use our awesome swiper (left if you don’t like it, right if you do!); or search homes on the market by price, town, and other home details.
- You choose what your “favorites” tab looks like. Whether you want to see your favorites one at a time or five at a time, you can!
- See your “favorites” on a map, so you can decide whether you want to go see all of them at once or split your showings into multiple days.
- See your already-requested property showings, including on a map!
- Share listings you love with family and friends via SMS (text) or email.
- Try our Torii Toolbox! All of our tools are now available via the app. Find fixer-uppers on the market, learn how much you should be charging for rent, find the most undervalued homes on the market, or see a breakdown of typical home closing costs – and then revel in the fact that Torii is paying them for you!
- Learn about Greater Boston real estate trends using Monthly Market (under Tools).
And don’t forget:
- You can schedule a showing for a specific property right in the app! Just locate the property and click the “Schedule a Showing” button. We’ll confirm with the home owner/seller’s agent and let you know when your showing is confirmed.
- Make an offer using the app. Put in all relevant details, hit submit, and wait to hear the good news!
