Lowest listing price (by total amount in $): Lynn (01902)

Lowest sales price (by total amount in $): North Weymouth (02191)

Most homes sold in January 2020: Quincy (02169), where the most homes were also sold in December 2019; followed by a tie between Jamaica Plain (02130) and Salem (01970)

Highest number of days on market: Waban (02468) at 154 days, 29 days shorter than January’s highest number of days on market

Lowest number of days on market: Allston (02134) at 5 days

Lowest price per sq ft: Lynn (01905)

Highest price per sq ft: Boston’s Seaport (02210) is still at the top of the list, down to $1,561 per sq. ft. from last month’s $1,607 per sq. ft.
