How much house can I afford?
We get asked this question a lot. Our buyers usually have some sense of their budget, but if they don’t, we put them in touch with one of our awesome lending partners to find out.
Okay, so now you know you can pay up to $800,000 for your home… so now what? We know that finding where to get the most house for your money can often be tedious, so we built a tool called Random Home in Massachusetts to make it more fun. It’ll show you random houses that are on the market under the price you choose all over the state. You can change how much you want to spend, and it’ll remember your choice. You can even set it as your browser homepage, and see a new house every time you open a new tab.
