If you’ve seen any headline in the last couple of weeks, you know how much of an impact the the Coronavirus is having on many people. At Torii we are keeping abreast of the situation and the latest recommendations from local and national officials.

We are following the advisories from our local officials and are not hosting any open houses until further notice. We are, however, prepared to provide you with virtual tours of properties you are interested in seeing. If you find a home you would like to see, but you don’t want to go in person, please let us know. We will do our best to schedule a virtual tour where we can either video chat with you or send you a recorded video of the property.

To request a virtual showing, search on our site or app as normal. Click on “Schedule a showing” and check off “virtual showing.” We will get you a recorded video of the property so you can see it virtually first. You can also see what properties have virtual showings already available or already uploaded by choosing the “virtual showings only” filter.

Outside of your communications with Torii, we urge you to protect yourself and your community by washing your hands, keeping a safe distance from others while outside, and removing your shoes before entering your home. Our team is participating in “social distancing” aka staying home except for going out to get essentials. We know it’s not the easiest thing to do, but we’re all in this together!
