Map-based search (i.e. Zillow) hasn’t changed meaningfully since the early 2000s. It’s inefficient and makes it very difficult to filter out properties you don’t want to see.

Enter the Torii home search app! We’ve created an experience as fast and easy as what you see above. We believe that looking for homes should be available to you wherever you are, rather than requiring long, uninterrupted chunks of time at a desktop computer.

How to Use the Torii Home Search

To get started (Download the Torii app now for iOS or Android), set a price range and location, plus any other requirements (such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you know you want, square footage, etc.) Torii will then load your “property deck” with cards containing the properties that best match your search.

Swipe left to discard the property in front of you and swipe right to save homes to your favorites (you can always go back by tapping the middle blue button). Tap on the right and left of each property card to see more photos of that property. Tapping the address will bring up the complete MLS (multiple listing service) data, any dates and times for open houses, as well as neighborhood comparisons and zip code analytics.

I Found the Perfect Home… What’s Next?

Once you’ve found a home you like (or love!), you can schedule a showing with one of Torii’s five-star real estate agents, submit an offer right away using algorithmic data to ensure that you’re competitive, track progress, and receive updates, all within the app.

We also added new features like our intelligent suggestions for undervalued homes, investment properties, and fixer-uppers. Incredible property deals are always coming up on the market, but you have to know where to look. And now you don’t have to look any further than the Torii app!
